Doing Business Together

 The following items must be completed and in order prior to the outset of the voyage.

Signed Contract

Go to our Yacht Delivery Contract webpage and download a copy and complete the information and sign the contract. 

Insurance & Vessel Papers

We need written confirmation that your insurance is in full force for the duration of the voyage.  Additionally please arrange with your carrier for a rider covering the Captain and crew during the delivery voyage. These documents, along with your boat registration or documentation papers, must be on board during the trip.

Payment arrangements:

Delivery Fees:  Payment must be received per our agreement. 
There are several ways to make payment.

Pay Pal:  This is an electronic payment over the Internet which is proven and safe, and easy and convenient.  You do not have to have any membership or prior experience.  This service costs you nothing; it is for your speed and convenience.  For further information or for use go to our Pay Pal page.

Wire Transfer:  For security reasons information you need is not on this website.  You must contact us for bank and routing information.

Fuel, transportation and out-of-pocket Expenses:  The preferred way to cover fuel and miscellaneous expenses (approved in advance) is to have a credit card from you. 

If this is not convenient we will submit an estimate of these expenses to be paid prior to the outset of the voyage.  We will settle up these expenses immediately following the completion of the delivery.
